A Refreshing Look at a True Classic
One of the most horrifying books ever written... and maybe THE most horrifying film ever made. The Exorcist tells the story of a young girl possesed by a demon, as her none believing mother must come to terms with the truth and seek help form the church. What follows is an original, dark, realistic tale based on a true story of a young boy from Maryland.

But hopefully most of you know the story! What is more amazing is that the creators of the film have offered us a treat of newly added sound effects mixed with remastered digital sound, previously cut scenes that extend the story beyond what we have grown to love, and the fact that we get to see this film in the theater! I'll be honest, I usually hate it when horror films rely on loud noises to scare an audience. But this new edition of Exorcist is much more than that. To hear that demonis voice ripple through our bodies is horrifying! You walk out of the theater cautiously and then go to bed terrified. The added sound effects enhance the story AND the experience. I say, THANK GOD this film was re-released with such pizzaz! I only hope that the younger generation flocks to the theater. Screw Blair Witch... Daddy's back in town!
